In a bid to boost its product shipping business, Amazon.com, Inc. The “returnless refunds” feature enables sellers to offer a refund on certain products that are expensive to ship for customers to return or are difficult to resell. Whats a good reason for a refund?
Cardholders’ circumstances—moving, downsizing, getting married, changing jobs—might also cause them to return merchandise. It’s a challenge to anticipate or prevent customer returns for items that are no longer needed, but you may be able to turn it around.

How does Returnless refund work?
That’s why Amazon is also introducing “returnless refunds,” which the company has claimed is “highly requested” by sellers. The feature enables sellers to refund a buyer without taking back an item that could cost more to ship than it’s worth, or which would be hard to resell (read: if it broke in transit).
Is everything on Amazon refundable?
You can return most items purchased at an Amazon Physical store for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. In addition, eligible items purchased on Amazon.com can be returned at a participating physical store location. Why does Amazon not want me to return?
In some cases, Amazon could determine that a refund can be issued without a return. This decision will mostly depend on the cost of the item. If the price is so low that it exceeds the cost of shipping it back to Amazon, as well as inspecting it and restocking it, they may decide it’s not worth the logistical hassle.
