Call the IRS to see if they have a different EIN and/or Name Control in their database. Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN) in the Return Header must be listed in the e-File database and in accepted status. EFIN value X, cannot be found from the database. The error message may also include the following text.

BTW, I am an outlook user in that the client application is outlook. And my email address domain is @outlook.com. I sent a couple other messages to these addressees and only got the same result (rejection). I then sent the email from the outlook.com web portal (not the outlook client app) and that worked.
