If you talk to your employer and find out someone sent your form to the wrong address, have them re-send the W-2 to your correct address immediately. If you don’t have time to wait for the new form, you can file Form 4852, Substitute for Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement.
How do you specify that a W-2 is for the spouse?
The search box is in the upper right-hand corner (Windows) or the upper left corner (Mac). If this does not get you back to W-2 then please go to the Federal Taxes Tab and select wages and income and then you can select add a W-2 and select spouses name.
Who is listed as employer on Justworks W-2?
Don’t panic—this is correct! As a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), Justworks reports taxes on behalf of your company and will therefore be listed as your employer on your W-2. How Do I Find My W-2 In Justworks?
How do I get my W-2 form online?
Once you find your employer, simply follow the instructions to have an electronic copy of your W-2 form sent to H&R Block. (If your W-2 isn’t available online, you can choose to have an email sent to you when it is.) Once we receive your W-2, it’s stored securely until you come to get it.
Do you need a physical copy of your W-2?
No! If you plan to e-file your taxes and won’t require a physical copy of your W-2, you can opt into paperless delivery. Simply go to the Finance section of your Account Settings, and select ‘Yes’ next to ‘Paperless W-2.’ Once your W-2 is ready, you’ll see it in your Documents section.
What should I look for on my W-2?
It will state the total amount of income received as well as all federal, state, and local taxes withheld. Each box on your W-2 will contain information that can be identified in the below list. Contractors, vendors, and owners that receive an owner’s draw will not receive W-2s from Justworks.
