Giving feedback to someone, whether it’s positive or constructive, can be nerve-wracking. When delivering feedback, it’s helpful to have a structure to look to for guidance. One of the most useful tools in my communication toolkit is the SBIR framework: Situation, Behavior, Impact, Response.
