When your bank account is debited, money is taken out of the account. The opposite of a debit is a credit, in which case money is added to your account.
Does debit come out immediately?

Why do I get a ” this transaction cannot be completed ” message?
The problem started around 6th of Dec 2010. When I tried to send money for some online purchases. When I try to use the “Send Money” within PayPal I get the error message “This transaction cannot be completed…” there is no reason given or explanation.
