Being successful means the achievement of desired visions and planned goals. Furthermore, success can be a certain social status that describes a prosperous person that could also have gained fame for its favorable outcome. The dictionary describes success as the following: “attaining wealth, prosperity and/or fame”.
How do you define success and failure?
To fail is not to succeed, and success is the absence of failure. Firstly, failure starts where success ends, and it defines the limits of success. But secondly, success often follows failure, since it frequently occurs after other options have been tried and failed.
What is my definition of success?
My definition of success is achieving personal goals, whatever they may be. Some goals are considered small by some people and enormous by others. What matters is that they are personal; each individual has his/her own formula for personal success. (

Is success equal to money?
Success is something money cannot buy and something that varies from one individual to another. Money does not always equal success but unfortunately we tend to measure our self-worth when we look at our income sheet.

What is an ideal workplace?
An ideal workplace would be a nice place to be for the majority of employees and at the same time successful from a business perspective and smart enough to remain ahead of the competition. Leadership would be firm and fair, but still in touch with human reality and social conscience.
