Is it permissible to submit more than one FBAR via the BSA E-Filing System on behalf of one individual/entity? Yes. The BSA E-Filing System does not prohibit the number of FBARs filed on behalf of an individual/entity based on their tax identification number.

How do I check my FBAR status?
You can track the status of each of your filings in the Track Status window in BSA E-Filing. This feature provides not only a historical account of filing activity, but also confirmation that a filing has been delivered to FinCEN and acknowledged. Clicking “Track Status” brings up the Track Status window.

If you want someone to file your FBAR on your behalf, use FinCEN Report 114a PDF, Record of Authorization to Electronically File FBARs, to authorize that person to do so. You don’t submit FinCEN Report 114a when filing the FBAR; just keep it for your records and make it available to FinCEN or IRS upon request.
