The E2 visa provides many immigration benefits for an E2 investor, their spouse, and their children. Once work authorization is approved, an E2 visa spouse may also be eligible to apply for a Social Security Number (SSN). may work in the United States in any lawful capacity.
What do I need to bring to my E2 visa interview?
The E-2 Visa Interview
- A passport of yours that will be valid for at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the U.S.
- Two passport-style photos according to the Department of State photo guidelines.
- A printed confirmation sheet for your DS-160.
- The printed receipt of payment for the DS-160 fee.
How easy is it to get an E2 visa?
